Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex’s leading private hospitals. It is a 64 bedded hospital all with en suite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14 bed Day unit and a high dependency unit.

What you’ll bring with you
This is a ‘hands on’ role and you will report to the Assistant Accountant working in the Finance team.
1. Minimum 1 year Accounts experience in similar role.
2. Able to prioritise at all times
3. Keen eye for detail,
4. Proven ability to manage your own workload.
5. Strong IT skills with Good experience of MS Excel
6. Able to work alone as well as part of team
What will the successful candidate be expected to do?
7. Daily Cashbook
8. Daily Bank Reconciliation
9. Preparing and Posting Journals
10. Coding Invoices
11. Checking Agency Invoices against Timesheets
12. Raise Manual payment requests
13. Chase Departmental approval of Timesheets & TOIL review
14. Extract Timesheet data and reconciliation to payroll files
15. Co-ordinating Refunds/Write Off’s
16. Consultant Manual Invoices/Queries
17. Other ahdoc task’s and projects
