You will be instrumental in winning new business by developing persuasive and client-focused proposals. The role involves deep collaboration with internal teams to ensure every bid is strategically aligned with client requirements. The Role:

* Deconstruct client requirements to pinpoint critical needs and success factors.
* Strategise with internal experts to design winning, tailored solutions for each proposal.
* Write compelling, benefit-led responses that are substantiated with clear evidence and examples.
* Coordinate and manage contributions from subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive and accurate submission.
* Review, edit, and polish all final content for absolute clarity, compliance, and professionalism.
* Enhance our bidding resources by creating and managing content for our internal knowledge library.
