We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Patient Services Administrator. Reporting to the Patient Services Manager and Patient Services COO, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient correspondence, coordinating appointments, and delivering high-quality customer service. This is a permanent full-time role based in Hathern, Leicestershire, you will receive 4 weeks annual leave and all public holidays, Salary is £13 per hour. Working Pattern will be Monday- Friday hrs/week) with 30 minutes lunch break
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent CB1 Medical with professionalism and integrity.
* Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and general correspondence.
* Provide outstanding customer service to patients, colleagues, and external partners.
* Assist colleagues and provide cover as directed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong IT skills including email, Word, and Excel.
* Knowledge of simple medical terminology and medication
* Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Capacity to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a medical environment or Medical cannabis clinic.
* Experience of working in a healthcare environment
