Are you an experienced Service Advisor or Service Manager seeking a new challenge within a supercar specialist? Our client is looking for a highly skilled Service Advisor / Manager to join their team in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-oriented professional to take ownership of a busy service department and deliver outstanding customer service while managing day-to-day workshop operations.

13. Allocated parking facilities
Duties of the Service Advisor / Manager include:
14. Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
15. Booking in vehicles and advising customers on repair durations
16. Obtaining authorisation for additional work required
17. Managing the workshop schedule to ensure deadlines and targets are met
18. Handling invoicing and finance management for work in progress
19. Taking ownership of customer queries and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
20. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service and restoration departments
21. Coordinating vehicle logistics, including delivery and collection locally and nationwide
22. Involvement in Concours, events, and race preparation activities for all cars involved
23. Ensuring compliance with company objectives, targets, and ethos
Candidate profile for the Service Advisor / Manager:
24. Proven experience in a similar Service Management role within the automotive sector
25. Strong leadership and people management skills
26. Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
27. Well presented, proactive, and adaptable
28. Fully IT literate, especially with Word and Excel
29. Ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
30. Full UK driving licence is essential
31. Workshop or automotive industry knowledge, including Gemini Evolution, is advantageous
