Offer description

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide general clerical support as needed

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

* Strong computer skills, including Excel

* Proficient in computerized systems and software, including data entry and word processing

* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
* Knowledge of general office procedures and phone etiquette
* Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
