Role: Performance Analyst
Location: Crewe
As a member of our performance team, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across our services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Performance Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our performance operations, responsible for:
1. Investigating and resolving daily TRUST Delay Attribution issues
2. Monitoring and reporting on service performance, identifying opportunities to reduce delay minutes.
3. Collaborating with internal teams and Network Rail to drive improvements and unlock Schedule 8 savings.
4. Supporting the wider Performance Team with data analysis and project work.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Manage delay attribution processes for Freightliner Commercial Services.
6. Provide insightful performance data to support decision-making.
7. Assist the Performance Manager and contribute to team-wide initiatives.
8. Promote continuous improvement and efficiency within the team.
9. Uphold health and safety standards and contribute to a positive safety culture.
What we’re looking for- Essential Knowledge and Experience:
10. Understanding of railway operations and industry structure.
11. Familiarity with Network Code, DAPR, and Track Access Contracts.
12. Experience with TOPS and TRUST delay attribution.
13. Knowledge of train and possession planning processes.
