The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll supervise classes using pre-set lesson plans, ensuring pupils remain engaged, focused, and supported throughout the school day. You will: Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using prepared resources Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Create a positive, calm, and respectful learning environment Support pupils with tasks and ensure work is completed Build quick, professional relationships with students and staff Who We’re Looking For You’ll be confident leading a classroom and able to adapt quickly to different situations.
