What You’ll Be Doing as a Technical Support Manager: As an Automotive Technical Advisor, you’ll provide real-time technical support and diagnostic guidance to frontline colleagues and customers. You’ll be the expert behind the scenes—helping ensure swift, effective resolution to vehicle breakdowns.
