Job Description:
How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four*?
Our colleagues’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).
If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!
Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only. There may be scope for this role to be a full-time contract (52 weeks); please get in touch to discuss.
Essential: Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle required
We understand the value of helping our employees achieve their Continued Professional Development goals and offer a £2,000 training allowance for role-specific training tailored to your needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team. You would implement a holistic, therapeutic, and dynamic approach to support our vulnerable pupils in their daily lives—ensuring safety, comfort, and occupational and sensory needs are met. Responsibilities include assessments, bespoke interventions, documentation, reports, sensory profiles, and providing training to staff and other agencies.
You will work within our supportive multidisciplinary team, including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and therapy assistants, to create an environment where pupils can flourish and develop.
