The Communications team’s mission is to develop, protect, and reinforce the image and reputation of Allianz Partners’ brand(s), products, and leaders through core activities such as growing the brand and managing reputation, as well as organizing, managing, and sharing internal and external initiatives to implement the communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the local Managing Director and Leadership Team by defining and executing a communications strategy aligned with brand, business, and people objectives.
2. Develop and implement internal and external communications plans across all channels (Intranet, corporate website, media relations, social media) in line with the Group strategy.
3. Communicate the Group vision, strategy, and figures effectively through all channels.
4. Coach, prepare, and train local spokespersons according to Group standards.
5. Manage the local communications budget.
6. Coordinate with the local communications team and Regional Head of Communications.
7. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards locally.
8. Monitor local reputation and adhere to Group press and crisis policies.
What You Bring
* Native English speaker with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
* Experience in content creation and delivery across multiple channels (internal and external).
* Strong autonomy and time management skills.
* Digital and design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, O365 suite including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative attitude, and ability to motivate stakeholders.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to propose new ideas to enhance brand visibility and employee engagement.
