Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver Location: Epping, Essex, CM16 Basic Salary: £20.00 per hour Employment Type: Temporary, Temp to PermJob Description: REC Source is currently recruiting reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver s for a long-standing logistics client based in Epping, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for regular weekday work in a supportive and professional transport environment.The role involves multi-drop deliveries to commercial locations using curtain-sided vehicles. Some handball may be required, and drivers are expected to carry out daily vehicle checks, deliver with care, and ensure high levels of customer service throughout their shift.Key Responsibilities : Carry out multi-drop deliveries to shops, warehouses, and distribution pointsLoad and secure goods when necessaryPerform daily vehicle safety checks and report any defectsComplete all delivery documentation and tacho entries correctlyEnsure safe, compliant driving at all timesRepresent the client professionally at every delivery pointRequirements : Valid UK HGV Class 2 Driver (Category C) licence with no more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph CardMinimum 1 year of recent Class 2 driving experiencePhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingGood understanding of UK road safety regulations and driver complianceStrong communication and timekeeping skillsBenefits : Monday to Friday only no weekend or bank holiday workWeekly payTemp-to-Perm opportunity for suitable candidatesOn-site parking availableSupportive working environmentWell-maintained modern vehiclesPay Rates : LTD:Monday to Friday Day: £20 per hourUMBRELLA:Monday to Friday Day: £20.63 per hourPAYE:Monday to Friday Day: £16.50 per hourHow To Apply : If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, we want to hear from you!
