Role And Responsibilities
* Support the marketing team in overseeing the department's operations
* Manage the company's social media channels and implement a robust content calendar, focusing on growth of these channels
* Monitor online social trends and curate content when required
* Review and update the website content
* Support the marketing team in identifying good opportunities for photography and video across UK sites
* Work alongside project teams to deliver great stories on work being carried out for our clients
* Work with the work winning team to help with the presentation of bids
* Administration for the department including purchase orders and monthly reporting
* Assist the social value team with the input of metric data
* Work with the social value team to execute social media around community activity
Skills Required
* Proven experience in a marketing environment
* Knowledge of social media for business including LinkedIn and TikTok
* Experience and ability to work within Adobe Illustrator
* Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (desirable)
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital, or related field (desirable)
* Experience and passion for filming short videos and social media content
* Willing to travel occasionally throughout the UK to visit other offices and work sites
* Proficient in MS Office programmes
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good attention to detail and highly organised
* Full UK Driving Licence
