About the Role
We are looking for an organised, friendly, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and professional manner
* Managing appointments and schedules
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
* Processing payments and updating patient records
* Supporting the clinical team with daily administrative tasks
* Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organised, and presentable at all times
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a receptionist (dental or healthcare setting preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using dental software and IT systems (experience with Dentally/Exact/SOE/R4 is a plus)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* A warm, professional, and patient-focused attitude
* Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends, if required

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
