The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.This is a vital supervisory position in a regulated environment, requiring a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and proven team management skills.Key Responsibilities:Allocate and coordinate daily tasks across the Mechanical Maintenance Team.Prepare and issue work packs, ensuring RAMS are complete and compliant.Manage and track maintenance activities and schedules using the CMMS.Oversee defect management-from initial reporting through to resolution.Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure effective resource planning.Drive a safety-first culture and ensure all work is completed to COMAH standards.Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to deliver structured weekly plans.
