Tripod are currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapaist to work in Buckinghamshire.
Paying up to £38 an hour
Working Hours - Full time preferred
Duration : ASAP - Ongoing

1. To work as part of a friendly, innovative and supportive team and be involved in providing a responsive, equitable and high quality community occupational therapy service to adults with a long term condition in Buckinghamshire.
2. To undertake comprehensive and holistic assessments of adults with long term conditions and their carers (formal/informal) within the home environment.
3. To be responsible for organising and managing your own caseload; to ensure assessments and reviews are performed and documented in a timely way.
4. To develop good understanding of the important role of equipment, minor and major adaptations and appropriate housing play in enabling and promoting functional independence. Develop understanding of the legislation and criteria that inform our practice.
5. To provide support and input to the OT assessment clinics across the county.
