People & Culture Advisor Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire Salary: up to £40,000 If you’re an HR Advisor who enjoys employee relations work, trusted relationships with managers, and the freedom to manage your own caseload - this one’s for you. We are looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join a supportive team, acting as the go-to expert for managers on day-to-day people matters. You’ll provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice, manage ER cases end-to-end, and help shape a positive employee experience across the organisation.
