Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will deliver excellent customer care and audiology services, including:
* Administering hearing tests and advising clients on options
* Providing aftercare services
* Managing the clinic with support from a Customer Care Coordinator
* Ensuring professional, courteous, high-quality service
* Creating a positive customer journey
* Building relationships with stakeholders
* Ensuring legal and internal compliance
* Planning clinic diary to meet commercial and customer needs
* Achieving KPIs and addressing underperformance

* Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC
* Exceptional customer care skills
* Commercial awareness
* Strong computer skills
* Action-oriented with analytical skills
* Effective communicator
* Numerate and organized
* Driven and persistent
Desirable
* Full driving license
* Proven commercial experience

This role requires travel within the area. This position is for overseas applicants or those requiring UK Visa Sponsorship.
