Hours of Work
Full-time, with flexibility for hybrid working.
As a Customer Collections Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining minimal overdue debt by swiftly addressing customer payments and identifying amicable arrears solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing an allocated list of debt recovery sites through communication with residents, negotiating service disconnections as needed, and providing updates to clients. Additionally, you will support our Billing and Customer Services Team, building rapport and ensuring that all communications meet our high standards.
Customer Collections Representative Requirements
 * Excellent communication and writing skills.
 * Strong listening abilities and empathy.
 * Experience in credit control and/or debt recovery is advantageous.
 * Proactive attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
 * A genuine desire to learn and help customers.
