Location (combination of): Site - Bridgwater, Somerset Energy & Innovation Centre - Bridgwater, Aztec West - Bristol, Supplier Premises AND Remote working Status: Contract Inside IR35 Duration: Approved until 31 Dec 2026 (Renewable) Reports to: Deputy Records & Completions (DRAC) Manager Morson Edge are representing a major player in the Energy Sector who have immediate requirements for LTQR Leads (x2), to join their established Project team on a contract basis (Inside IR35). These roles are associated with a nationally significant Nuclear New Build project currently under construction in Bridgwater Somerset. Offered with some hybrid working, its a unique opportunity to get involved with one of Europes largest infrastructure Projects. Typically, LTQR Leads will (not limited to): Work with the Project, Quality and Completions Managers, ensuring the Works Information (WI) has suitable and sufficient content within, pertaining to the collation of Handover Documentation and manage subsequent reviews of this documentation prior to Handover. Lead and manage an assigned team of Record Support Officers. Direct and liaise with the Quality Managers and Project Team to ensure that contractors produced partitioning strategy for LTQR work is acceptable and current to the business. Refine and implement a delivery strategy to support the successful management and promotion of a unified approach to LTQR compilation, submission and review for handover as required of areas, assets, systems and contract work packages/scopes, both for offsite and onsite works. Produce and manage the associated LTQR technical and non-technical checklists, identifying required inputs for the review by various stakeholders. With respect to Licence Condition 6 (LC6), manage awareness, adherence and compliance of contractors, delivery teams and associated MDTs ensuring they are fully aware of their LTQR and LC6 obligations and requirements. Liaise with Tier 1 Contractors, other members of the Document, Records and Completions team and associated business Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT), to ensure that any subsidiary or associated LTQRs are clearly identified, related, scheduled and documented. Direct and be involved with any tools that assist Lead Reviewers and QMLs to optimise the reviewing of LTQRs Develop, evolve and actively lead training schemes for LTQR systems and processes, provide guidance on improvements to reporting of LTQRS, verify information and suggest amendments to EDRMs. Criteria - Qualifications & Skills Typically, tertiary qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, construction management and or I&C or equivalent. Experience in using Electronic Document Management Systems Vocational training, qualifications and experience within a given specialist field e.g. level 3 Welding qualification or equivalent, Electrical certification (Level 3 diploma in Electrical installations or equivalent), coating qualifications (Accredited member of AMPP or equivalent). Extensive experience in the delivery of large, complex projects, including Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical and Industrial with specialism in each area e.g. welding or coatings Experience of operating in a high security environment.
