About the Role:
As a Student Mobility Advisor, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support for ARUs student mobility programmes, including Erasmus+ and the UK Turing Scheme.
Youll lead on promoting outgoing opportunities, provide tailored advice and guidance to inbound and outbound students, and ensure efficient, compliant processes throughout the mobility lifecycle.
Youll also maintain accurate data for reporting, liaise with partner institutions and internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across workflows to enhance the student experience.
About You:
Youll have experience providing complex advice and support to students, managing data accurately, and working with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines. Youll be highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise competing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential. Youll be confident using digital tools and developing engaging content to promote opportunities. Knowledge of the Higher Education sector and international mobility programmes such as Erasmus+ or Turing Scheme is desirable, along with an enthusiasm for supporting students and promoting global experiences.
To succeed in this role you will have a degree, be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level or have demonstrable evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role.
