Responsibilities
* To carry out first line response to the installed MHE system faults
* Prioritise system faults
* To complete the relevant faults logs
* Assist with the MHE equipment servicing in accordance to the Dematic standards as set out in the equipment manuals
* To ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation
* To ensure quality of output
* Assist in the completion of relevant service records
* Assist with the resolution of equipment faults
* To complete written reports
* Involvement in continuous improvement activities
Knowledge And Qualifications
* To have a basic understanding of mechanical / electrically operated machinery
* Previous experience of working in a warehouse or production environment
* Minimum standards of numeracy and literacy
* Basic IT skills
