Technical Coordinator
Location: Essex / Hertfordshire
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Package
Skilled Careers are currently working alongside a leading residential developer/contractor who are looking for a Technical Coordinator to work on a 150+ unit traditional build housing development consisting of single dwelling and flats. The Technical Coordinator will lead the coordination and design management on site alongside a more senior manager.
Deliverables:
1. Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget.
2. Technical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design.
3. Assisting Technical Managers with reviewing of consultant's detail design drawings and subcontractor designs.
4. Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard.
5. Ensuring that designs comply with Company's standards.
6. Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints.
