About Our Client
This reputable business within the constuction industry is seeking an experienced Office Manager on a full time basis. The company has a fantastic reputation within the industry and is known for their innovative and client focused approached to business.
Job Description
As an Office Manager you will:
3. Manage the day to day operations within the office including administrative and secretarial duties
4. Support the directors with diary management, email management and managing meeting rooms or travel arrangements
5. Liaise with internal contacts including HR to support with staff absences, rotas and annual leave
6. Liaise with finance and payroll to sign off on timesheets and process monthly payroll
7. Work with fiance to prepare invoices and act as a point of contact for queries regarding invoices for clients
8. Be the main point of contact for the business maintaining high levels of service
The Successful Applicant
The successful Office Manager will have:
9. Previous experience in an office management or senior administrator role
10. High levels of accuracy and IT efficiency including being confident using Microsoft Office
11. Have a pro-active and forward thinking attitude in order to manage the office function effectively
12. Good telephone manner
13. Knowledge of health and safety and GDPR policies and procedures
