£33,000 per annum + Car allowance
We're looking for an experienced and passionate
Regional Chef Manager
to lead culinary operations across multiple sites in
Birmingham, Liverpool and Selby
. This is a
field-based leadership role
– perfect for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and team development.
As a key member of our operational leadership team, you'll be responsible for
delivering food excellence, developing kitchen teams
, and ensuring consistent standards across your region. You'll work closely with local site managers, clients, and our central support team to drive innovation, consistency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop kitchen teams across multiple locations
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
* Support with menu development, training, and implementation
* Conduct audits and ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
* Work closely with site and area managers to deliver excellent client satisfaction
* Identify opportunities to improve service and drive efficiencies
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a multi-site chef management or head chef role
* A hands-on leader who inspires culinary teams to achieve their best
* Strong understanding of food safety, compliance and kitchen operations
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
* Passion for great food and exceptional service
This is a field-based regional role covering Birmingham, Liverpool, and Selby. You'll ideally be based somewhere centrally within the region with good access to transport routes. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
