Job Advert Location Description
Residential Addiction's care – helping our clients to rediscover life beyond addiction. Eden House is the first service in our brand new Division of Residential Addictions. Branded under “Flourish”, Eden House will be the first Priory therapy-led residential programme for people seeking meaningful, sustainable recovery from addiction and related behaviours.
Delivered by qualified therapists in a supportive, non-medical setting, it offers an alternative to inpatient treatment. Eden House is ideal for those who don’t require detox or ongoing medical support, but would benefit from structured therapy, community connection and practical tools for everyday life. Family support is central to flourish, addressing emotional, educational and psychological needs – including understanding consequences, managing triggers and building coping strategies.
The programme also supports relapse prevention through strong family engagement. From pre-treatment sessions to evening groups, Flourish includes psycho-education, modern group therapy and a non-12-step, harm-reduction approach. We support both substance and behavioural addictions, with a strong focus on life skills and community reintegration. Available over 14, 28 or 42 days, this really is an exciting new opportunity.
Job Advert Role Description
Main Duties of the Job:
1. CBT Assessment & Treatment: Conducting cognitive behavioural therapy assessments, formulations, and treatments for patients experiencing mental health difficulties.
2. Collaboration: Working closely with other professionals to provide holistic care.
3. Communication: Communicating sensitively and skill fully with clients about assessment, formulation, and treatment plans.
4. Risk Assessment & Management: Undertaking risk assessments and managing the risks associated with service users.
Job Responsibilities:
5. CBT-Based Treatment: Delivering CBT assessments, formulations, and treatments to individuals with mental health challenges.
6. Caseload Management: Managing a clinical caseload according to operational policies and ensuring effective treatment for each client.
7. Clinical Supervision: Attending monthly clinical supervision sessions to enhance skills and ensure access to high standards of clinical practice.
8. Clinical Governance: Ensuring high standards in clinical documentation and adhering to service requirements for governance.

9. BABCP accreditation
Experience:
10. Experience as a qualified CBT therapist or working in mental health settings providing CBT interventions.
Skills:
11. Ability to deliver CBT interventions to a wide variety of clients with different mental health needs.
