About the Role: As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Support children’s learning and emotional development under the guidance of the SENCO and class teachers. Help implement personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies.
