DESCRIPTION
Due to our rapid and exciting growth we are currently recruiting for Complex care support workers within the Selby area
You will be passionate about working in a patient centred environment with Service Users with a variety of Complex needs.
You will be supporting people to live in their own homes and/or their family homes to achieve and improve their quality of life.
WORKING HOURS
* Up to 12-hour day
* Up to 24 hours sleeping shift
* Waking 12-hour night
Required
Full UK driving license
Access to own vehicle
*If you have already have clinical skills complex care management this is an advantage, however individualised induction training will be given to the successful candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Experience in a Care/Support OR Complex Care role
Compassionate and empathetic
The ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and their families.
Competent IT skills
An interest in people and a commitment to helping others.
