- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE.
- You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload top include drafting contracts and policies, settlement agreements, corporate support and tribunals including unfair dismissals and discrimination claims
- You will be joining a friendly and supportive team that offer employment and HR services to both employers and employees
- You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team
- Commercially astute, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
- Excellent advocacy, drafting, and client relationship skills.
- A proactive and collaborative team player, with an eye for business development.
