Stores Operative (Class 2 Driver) - Magherafelt
In this role you will be responsible for the storage of materials, goods and products in the right location to feed the business’s operational demand, and ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand. Full training will be provided to understand in-house systems/processes. About the role:
1. £Competitive salary
2. Monday & Tuesday: 6.45am – 4.45pm, Wednesday & Thursday: 7.45am-4.45pm, Friday: 7.45am – 1pm
3. Full Time Temporary Ongoing - Immediate Start
4. Full training provided
What you'll be doing:
5. Take delivery of goods and supplies and recording of related traceability information, including unloading of deliveries.
6. Inspecting all incoming good for quality/accuracy.
7. Store goods appropriately, ensuring all stock is stored in correct locations.
8. Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck.
9. Ensure delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production standards.
10. Input data regarding stock and inventory into a computerised system.
11. Transportation of stock and movement of good between sites.
What you'll need for this role:
12. 6+ months of experience in a similar role e.g., Warehouse, Stores, Dispatch
13. Ability to demonstrate high level of numeracy and mathematical skills and accuracy in this area.
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and use of ERP ICT systems.
15. Strong attention to detail, including data input, checking information and form completion.
16. Ability to work additional hours when required to support production needs.
17. HGV Class 2 License TBC
18. FLT License and experience of operating in similar environment (Preferred)
