Job Title: Warehouse FLT Operative
Location: March (opportunities also available in Wimblington and Wisbech)
Salary: Banded according to shift pattern
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Patterns: Various (Nights & 4O4O days)
Eligibility: Permission to work in the UK required

Main Purpose of the Role:
1. Be a key part of the Warehouse team to fulfill all business and customer requirements.
2. Ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, meeting OTIF targets.
3. Support and comply with all health & safety standards and practices.
4. Collaborate with support functions within the wider operation and perform other tasks as reasonably requested.
Requirements:
* Counterbalance and/or Pivot truck license (experience desirable).
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-sufficient with good initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent time management and organization skills.
* Own transportation to work.
* Strong written and numeracy skills.
Desirable Skills / Experience:
* At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
* Experience with RDT scanning equipment.
* Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when needed.
General Duties:
1. Loading and unloading vehicles with relevant MHE equipment.
2. Stock replenishment and put-away.
3. Pallet and case picking.
4. Preparing pallets for dispatch.
5. Loading trailers, ensuring safety and compliance with the manifest.
6. Assisting with stock takes and pallet rework as needed.
7. Supporting other departments with workload as volume necessitates.
8. Performing any other reasonable tasks.
Communication:
* Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
* Confident and approachable demeanor.
* Participation in team briefings.
Health & Safety:
* Maintain compliance with site H&S standards.
* Attend relevant training courses.
* Keep a clean and safe working environment.
* Follow manual handling procedures for lifting and moving products.
* Support the safety culture of the site.
