Tiptree Medical Centre are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis for 25 hours per week. The successful candidate will be an experienced autonomous practitioner with strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills, able to assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. The role will include: Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients independently Prescribing in line with clinical competence and current guidelines Managing same-day and urgent care presentations Supporting chronic disease management and preventative care Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives We use ANIMA total triage and embrace modern ways of working while maintaining the traditional values of family medicine and continuity of care.
