About the Job:
Working closely with senior HR and QHSE leaders, this role is pivotal in delivering a proactive, high-quality HR service across UK operations. You’ll act as the go-to person for HR, taking ownership of business-aligned initiatives and driving compliance and engagement across multiple locations.
Duties will include:
Building trusted relationships as the primary HR contact in a busy, operational environment
Partnering with managers to guide on employee relations, performance, and staffing matters
Managing complex HR issues including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
Supporting change management initiatives such as TUPE, restructures, and redundancies
Ensuring HR policies remain compliant with current employment legislation
Overseeing compliance with employment, CAA, and security regulations
Providing site-level HR support, ensuring presence and consistency across locations
Driving business performance through strategic HR contributions
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (Level 5 preferred) with significant experience in a senior HR role. They will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, a solution-focused approach, and a deep understanding of employment law. Confidence in influencing senior leaders, managing change, and handling sensitive matters is essential.
