Partnership living associate

Eastleigh (Hampshire)
Abri
Posted: 12 March
Offer description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to undertake the role of Partnership Living Associate within our Partnership Living team (within Supported Housing).

This is a full time fixed term contract until March 2027.

You will ensure that our customers, with support needs, receive a high-quality management service from our partners and managing agents. You will display a passion for helping people with support needs and a desire to make a difference to their lives.

Previous experience working in housing management is desirable, as is experience of providing excellent customer focused services. You will need to have strong I.T, communication and administration skills, as well as high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

As part of this role, you will be expected to manage a patch, so it is essential you are willing to engage with our customers face to face and from time to time work across the whole of Abri’s geography.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and well organised individual looking to contribute to a small, hardworking and caring team where no two days are the same, which is both challenging and rewarding.

Interviews will take place on the 9th of April 2026.
