1. Maintain and oversee all administrative support to the Squadron personnel that are based in the Hull and Sunderland areas, taking responsibility for all matters, spanning G1-G9. 2. Manage the main site in Hull, Wenlock Barracks and the secondary site in Sunderland, Dykelands Road. This requires weekly travel to the Sunderland Detachment for permanent staff engagement. 3. Deliver the MS plan at Squadron level through providing administrator support for all SJARs, MPARs and supporting the RCMO where appropriate. 4. Carry out all LUMS & JPA pay activities, ensuring that all personnel are paid on time and that all records are accurate. 5. Take part in recruiting activities through supporting the ROSO and ReMSO in engagement activities, and the selection and enlistment process. 6. Represent the Sqn in weekly and monthly unit management meetings, occurring at various unit locations on a rota basis. 7. Carry out line management duties for two support staff in the Hull location and for the SQMS and AO working from the Sunderland location. 8. Manage the Sqn funds and property in line with the charters and constitutions. 9. Liaise and support Yorkshire and Humber RFCA and the North East RFCA representatives on behalf of the CO. Assist visiting organisations who are granted use of our facilities in Hull and Sunderland. 10. The routine is Mon to Fri, with occasional weekends and evenings as per Unit Battle Rhythm. Time off in-lieu is granted where required.
