THE ROLE – Head Bartender The head bartender is responsible for ensuring the smooth service of all beverages leaving the bar, to a 5* standard whilst maintaining a clean workspace. Overseeing the development of the other bartenders and utilizing on the job coaching, working alongside the HOD to create new concepts for cocktails whilst using locally sourced ingredients. Provide knowledgeable spirit recommendations guiding guests through our menu Craft tailored,signature cocktails that align with guest preferences and our luxury brand standards. Lead by example during busy service and offer guidance and support. Engage with guests to create memorable experiences, offering expert advice on cocktail and whisky pairings. All beverages to be served consistently in the correct glassware with garnish Ensure the bar is set up correctly prior to service and all fridges and garnish prepped and restocked. Adhere to all health, safety and licensing regulations. Help ensure all stock is controlled and charged accordingly Work with HOD on menu development's Create SOP’s to help improve bar service Help coach and mentor all bar team Audit beverage and service to ensure LQA standards are met Be able to perform in ahigh volume bar WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
