A growing UK financial services and fintech business is looking for an In-House Solicitor to support complex commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and cross-border transactions on a 6 month contract.
What you’ll do:
* Advise on commercial, fintech, and financial services matters
* Lead contract negotiations and strategic projects
* Support internal teams on regulatory, GDPR, and compliance issues
* Work closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel
You’ll bring:
* England & Wales qualified solicitor (international experience a plus)
* Strong experience in commercial, regulatory, or financial services law
* Confidence navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
