TK Maxx, part of TJX Europe, is a leading off‑price retailer seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to support store security and protect customers, associates, and assets.
Responsibilities
As a Loss Prevention Officer you will:
* Serve as a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at entrance doors to deter loss and enhance the customer experience.
* Collaborate with the store team to maintain product security and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Remain calm and professional under pressure, demonstrating strong communication skills.
* Be self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference.
Qualifications
Preferred experience:
* Customer‑facing role in a fast‑paced retail environment or security guard position.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
