The Opportunity
We are looking for a Dutch or German speaking Investor Relations Manager to join our growing European team. This is a highly relationship-driven role, focused on engaging directly with institutional and private wealth allocators across Europe.
A core part of this position involves regular in-person meetings with investors—both as part of your outreach and at our events—building trust, understanding their investment priorities, and bringing them into our conference network.
You will play a key role in shaping our event content while developing a strong personal network within the investment community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Investor Engagement & Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors across Europe
Conduct regular in-person meetings with investors to understand their strategies, priorities, and current allocations
Represent Markets Group at meetings, events, and industry gatherings
Secure senior investors as speakers and attendees for our forums
Content & Program Development
Translate investor insights into high-quality, relevant conference agendas
Identify key themes, trends, and challenges across asset classes
Curate peer-to-peer discussions that resonate with the institutional investment community
Conference Delivery
Prepare and manage speakers leading up to events
Attend and support the onsite execution of conferences, including investor engagement and speaker coordination
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, design) to deliver a seamless experience
Who You Are
Fluent in Dutch or German and English (essential)
Comfortable in a client-facing, relationship-driven role, including frequent in-person meetings
Confident engaging with senior investors and financial professionals
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Commercially aware with an interest in financial markets
Proactive, ambitious, and eager to build a network in the investment industry
