As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge, standards, and the ability to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team through training and development
* Managing the kitchen line and planning shifts
* Ensuring food safety, health and safety standards
* Understanding financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
* Celebrating team success and recognizing individual needs
