Patient Navigator
Bracknell Urgent Care Centre, part of OneMedical Group, seeks a Patient Navigator on a permanent part‑time contract (12 hours per week).
Working Hours & Location
Shift pattern: Wednesdays 4 pm – 8 pm (4 h) and Sundays 8 h. Flexibility to cover these times is required. Location: Brants Bridge, Bracknell RG12 9RT.
Responsibilities
* Provide patient‑focused telephone and administrative support.
* Assist and direct patients to the appropriate services or health‑care professionals.
* Deliver a patient‑centric experience across front‑of‑house, back‑office and telephone functions.
* Support the front‑of‑house team in maintaining outstanding patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Experience using IT systems; familiarity with SystmOne is desirable.
* Prior experience as a Patient Navigator or Receptionist is desirable but not essential.
