As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
1. Make a positive difference to every person who walks through our centres, whether through a warm welcome or by selling memberships to enhance their lifestyle.
2. Respond to enquiries and convert them into memberships.
3. Answer the phone, handle transactions, address queries, and participate in community outreach projects.
4. Support your team by preparing facilities and maintaining cleanliness.
Shift Available
Monday 16:00-22:00
What you need:
* A focus on customer service.
* Passion and personality.
* Knowledge of health and safety.
* Team player attitude.
* Good IT, literacy, numerical, and communication skills.
* Some experience in administration.
What you’ll do:
* Be the first point of contact for customers.
* Answer incoming calls and handle transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling.
* Assist with membership inquiries and sales.
* Set up equipment and support daily operations of the centre.
