What you'll be doing:
* Visiting customers to resolve complaints and queries quickly and effectively
* Negotiating solutions and contract terms to maintain ongoing business
* Planning your own diary to reach customers unreachable by phone/email
* Making confident, on-the-spot decisions while protecting the company
* Managing cases through a CRM system and keeping accurate records
* Working with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes
* Handling sensitive situations with a calm, professional approach
What you'll need:
2+ years' experience in customer relations, complaints & negotiation
Strong communication, problem-solving & IT skills
Ability to manage a busy workload independently
Good knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areas
Clean UK driving licence
