JOINER / SEMI-SKILLED OPERATOR NEEDED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!
Do you have previous experience within joinery, carpentry or woodwork, and do you have experience using nail guns and saws within a workshop?!
We are looking for someone to join a manufacturing business based in Telford to work within their workshop, this will be working 6am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, with overtime available on a Friday.
This will lead to a permanent contract after 3 months for the right person.
What You Will Do:
Operate a nail gun and band saw with precision and efficiency.
Meet daily production targets in a high-energy workshop environment.
Work collaboratively with a small yet busy team to achieve shared goals.
Maintain adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Contribute to the smooth running of the workshop by supporting various operational tasks.
Ensure quality standards are met on every project to uphold the company's reputation.
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience in a joinery or semi-skilled operator role is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop setting.
The ability to work efficiently with tools such as nail guns and band saws.
