We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training is provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues and solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure store safety and legality by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
