Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with a well-established gastro pub with rooms in the Peak District. We are recruiting for a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and work collaboratively with the General Manager and Executive Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards of food and service.

The Role: Lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Manage and support the kitchen team through inclusive leadership
Contribute to menu planning and development
Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met
Work in partnership with the General Manager and Executive Head Chef
Deliver consistent standards aligned with guest expectations
Essential Experience and Skills: Experience in a professional kitchen environment as a Head Chef
Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a kitchen team
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
Organisational and time-management skills
