Your role as the Engineering Manager will be to support and manage the engineering team to ensure delivery high standards of both planned and reactive work so that plant availability is optimized.
The role of an engineering manager
* Comply with statutory regulations and requirements
* Ensure downtime is minimized, liaising with the Operations and Planning teams to allow for all PPMs to be completed in a timely manner
* Ensure Food Safety and Equipment Integrity is tracked in line with PPMs
* Manage and lead a team of engineers, leading by example
