Customer Service Coordinator

Travis Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our Pontefract-based client for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales support skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
The Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
* Follow up on quotes and enquiries, supporting the sales team to win new and repeat business.
* Provide a professional and efficient service to customers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly.
* Accurately process quotes and sales orders, ensuring information is correct and up to date.
* Work closely with Area Sales Managers on sales forecasting, pipelines, and customer relationships.
* Support wider business teams with administration, reporting, and coordination tasks.
