🔹 The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and grow your own Facilities Management & Maintenance desk, specialising in temporary and contract placements across roles such as maintenance engineers, electrical and mechanical technicians, caretakers, and facilities supervisors.
You will:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Develop new business through outbound calls, client meetings, and networking.
* Source skilled candidates via advertising, social media, and proactive headhunting.
* Work with a Resourcer to deliver high-quality, timely placements.
* Consistently achieve and exceed activity and sales targets.
🔹 What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' recruitment experience - ideally within facilities management, maintenance, or building services.
* Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven personality.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident, professional, and target-focused.
* A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
