Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the bar,ensuring high service standards and an inviting atmosphere.
* Curate and manage the beverage program,including creative and high-quality drink menus.
* Train and develop bar staff,fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Manage inventory,order supplies,and maintain a well-stocked bar.
* Create and implement strategies to drive bar revenue and profitability.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to the bar with professionalism and prompt resolution.
* Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high profile restaurant or hospitality establishment.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Flexibility to work evenings,weekends,and holidays as needed.
