JOB SUMMARY As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a receptionist will include but not be limited to: · Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests according to our standards. · Upon check in, register the guest and assign rooms. Accommodate any special requests whenever possible. · Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services within the hotel.
